I started in marketing, then took a side quest into real estate.

We run a thorough 2-week onboarding process before your campaign goes live. This covers strategy, targeting, creative, copy, lead form setup and automation. Getting it right from the start means your budget works harder from day one. You will not be live in 48 hours — but when you do go live, everything is built properly and performing.
It means we handle every part of the system — campaign strategy, ad creative, copy, targeting, lead forms, automation and ongoing optimisation. Your job is to follow up the leads we send you. We also include a video script pack for every campaign we run together, and a lead calling phone script pack so you know exactly what to say when leads come in.
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate to our management fee. We recommend a minimum of $20 to $50 per day to generate meaningful lead volume in most NZ markets. We will advise the right budget for your specific area during the discovery call — before you commit to anything.
This system is not for you. Our leads are warm — they have raised their hand — but they require a confident, fast phone call to convert. Agents who email instead of call see a fraction of the results. We only work with agents who are willing and confident to call leads within minutes of them enquiring. If that is not you right now, the timing is not right.
None at all. We handle everything technical. You need a Facebook business page — if you do not have one or yours needs work, we will help you set it up during onboarding.
